“The game Tuesday was against LeMars at LeMars. It was the JV’s first official game and we traveled. The score was 7-0 we lost. LeMars was a first-year program without a Varsity team so all of their players were playing JV.”

“It was a very tough game, LeMars had a lot of talented and fast players. Our goalkeeper, Freshman Daniel Espinoza, was taken out in the first half with an aggressive play that resulted in a blow to the nose. He was checked out by the trainer and returned to play after he was cleared.”

“Senior Alex Aguilar Silva was one of our hardest working players on the field. He helped the team in every field position and had a couple of shots. ”

“The boys worked really hard all the way until the last whistle and never stopped playing. The first half was 4-0 and the second half was 3-0. I am really excited to see the boys continue this season as we have a lot of hard-working players that never stop working.” Says assistant Coach Samantha Arnold.
